Hi Melissa,

I see on their website they are doing some construction but I am not sure how their facilities on Palomino island are doing. However, in the paragraph about Icacos, I provided a link to a water taxi service that can take you to Palomino. To find out about the island’s facilities, I would either call El Conquistador or ask the water taxi. There are also some catamaran tours and other taxi companies like Icacos Island Water Taxi: http://www.icacosislandwatertaxi.com/palomino-island-water-taxi.html. I hope this helps 🙂
