In reply to Heather G. Hey Heather! Unfortunately, I don't remember the original Airbnb, and the one we did stay at is no longer listed. But there are many different options on the island and as long as you book ahead, you should find one that's a perfect fit.

Before we went to the island. I was bombarded by advertising. That conch was all over the island.. YouTube videos and it just might have been the ones that I watched I was excited to have conch because other islands didn’t have it. But on this trip, I thought I was going to be able to have it quite often.. I was told by somewhere restaurant that it was a seasonal thing. I don’t think so. I think that they were out of it and they just didn’t tell me the whole story. There is a shortage. We went to Conch Shack and they were out of conch..,then. to shark bite , out of conch,. So I settled for fish that evening. I would suggest calling to make sure the restaurant has conch.! The island is a great place to visit ! Kevin

Sounds so much fun! I had never thought of eating conch before ???? I’d love to plan a trip somewhere like this whenever I move back to the states. I’ve always wanted to go horseback riding by the ocean!

I don’t know why I haven’t visited this island yet. It is a very short plane ride from Miami. Everything you mentioned looks amazing.

When I begin planning next years travels I will definitely put it on my list. I am already ready to ride the horses in the ocean, see you the iguanas, and eat at Da Conch Shack while watching a sunset.

Heck, just talking about it maybe I’ll book a ticket this year. Thank you for all your very helpful recommendations and tips. Looks like you had an amazing time!
